Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All bookings and reservatgions are final unless otherwise stated in writing. A 24-hour cancellation fee applies to all bookings, services, or reservations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are non-refundable and may be charged in full at the discretion of Happy Tails Pet Sitting by Alex dba Happy Paws and Homes.

Refunds, if granted, will be processed in accordance with this policy and may be subject to administrative or processing fees. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Policy - the basics

We want to be clear and fair, so here are the basics of our policy:

Cancellations

  • A 24-hour cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, the fee will be charged and no refund will be given.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in special cases such as duplicate charges or service issues on our end.

  • Once a service has been provided or a digital product delivered, it is non-refundable.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within [X–Y business days].
